• You have not had surgery in the past 6 months.
• You are not pregnant, or at least 6 months postpartum, with diastasis recti fully healed.
• You understand that Flow Pilates Boutique does not provide special modifications for injuries, pain, or early postnatal recovery.
• Cancellation or Rescheduling Possible up to 12h Before Session starts – no extra fees

Flow Pilates Boutique in Olten offers Reformer Pilates classes in small groups. We focus on personal guidance, modern equipment, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Located next to Olten train station, we are easy to reach from Aarau, Zofingen, and Solothurn. Whether beginner or advanced, you will find the right class with us.
